Meet Olive and Ivie, the calves behind the name and the halter!
We are a multi-generational farm located in north central Fl. We raise Florida cracker cattle and Scottish Highlands. We love spending our time on the farm and absolutely adore our cattle!
On our farm, we have cows who will let me do whatever I want with them, a few who have limits and more than I can count who want nothing to do with me 🤣
Now, don’t get me wrong, all of them are still spoiled and well taken care of, but let’s face it, some cattle you just can’t get a halter on. We believe that the ones who will allow us, deserve cute rope halters.
Whether you have pet cows that you like to take for a walk, show cows that you‘re showing off before the big show or mini cows working events, we have a halter guaranteed to turn heads!
When you purchase from Olive and Ivie, you are supporting a local farm, family and small business. We can’t thank you enough for all your support!
Each halter is handmade with love and I truly mean that. I have tested many ropes, materials and hardware to give you a durable, functional and cute product For the cow that you adore.
Each rope halter is adjustable to grow with your calf or cow and made out of 1/2 inch durable polypropylene rope, braided with a strong 12 strand poly rope. UV, rot and mildew resistant. Each noseband is made out of a flexible webbing and has a soft foam backing for comfort. Machine washable on a gentle cycle (quick wash works great) and mild detergent.
We are a small business who hand makes each and every one of these, we are human, not machines. Please allow a few days once you place an order, for your order to be shipped.
